Spend the day creating textile pieces to wear, something to keep for yourself or to give as a gift. Explore the many possibilities of creating textile pieces from a 3D flower, hand and machine embroidered stitched fabric or a bound wire experimental piece.
All materials, embellishments and fittings will be provided from a selection of vintage fabrics, felts and wools. Embellish with buttons, embroidery and beads to create truly unique wearable textiles.
By the end of the workshop, you will have between two to four pieces that can be worn (depending on the amount of embellishment you wish to apply), take home boxed or wrapped ready to give as gifts this Christmas.
